1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Product Description

RPXL sells self-serve digital software products, including Discord bot subscriptions and pre-built website templates developed by us. All products are delivered digitally. No physical products are sold.

3. Discord Bot Subscriptions

Discord bot subscriptions provide monthly access to premium bot software developed by RPXL. Features may include moderation tools, automation, logging, utility commands, and server management features for Discord server owners.

Customers are responsible for providing correct Discord server or account details needed to activate access. Access may be delayed if incorrect information is provided.

4. Pre-Built Website Templates

Pre-built website templates are digital products and do not include custom design, custom development, hosting, domain registration, or maintenance unless clearly stated.

Customers receive ready-made website files and basic setup instructions for their own use after purchase.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

All payments may be processed through Paddle. Paddle may appear as the merchant on receipts, invoices, or payment statements.

Discord bot subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Website templates are one-time digital purchases unless otherwise stated on the pricing page.

6. Cancellation

Subscription customers may cancel future billing at any time. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically refund previous payments.

7. Prohibited Uses

Customers must not use our products for spam, fraud, harassment, malware, scraping, unauthorized access, illegal activity, or violating Discord's rules.

We may suspend or remove access if a product is used in a harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized way.

8. Intellectual Property

RPXL owns the software, bot features, designs, templates, branding, and related materials. Customers receive a limited license to use the purchased digital product.

Customers may not resell, redistribute, copy, or claim our products as their own unless written permission is given.

9. Service Availability

We try to keep our products available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The bot may experience downtime, updates, maintenance, or issues related to Discord's platform or API.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a customer abuses the service, violates these Terms, violates Discord's rules, or engages in fraud or misuse.

11. Refunds

We offer a 3-day refund window for eligible digital product purchases. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
