Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day refund window for eligible digital product purchases.

1. Refunds may be approved if

  • The product was not delivered or access was not provided.
  • The customer was charged incorrectly.
  • A technical issue prevents access and we are unable to fix it.
  • The refund request is made within 3 days of purchase.

2. Refunds may be refused if

  • The customer has already received, activated, downloaded, copied, or heavily used the digital product.
  • The customer changed their mind after receiving access.
  • The customer violated our Terms of Service, Discord's rules, or applicable laws.
  • There is evidence of fraud, abuse, or misuse.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription customers may cancel future billing at any time. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically refund previous payments.

4. Paddle and consumer rights

This policy does not limit any refund rights provided by Paddle's buyer policies or applicable consumer protection laws. Payments, billing, and refund handling may be processed through Paddle.
